We have for
over 70 years manufactured truly endless belts specifically designed
for use in rotary moulder extraction in the biscuit and confectionery
industries.
A variety of
weave patterns and component yarns combine to give efficient extraction
from the moulder whilst readily discharging the product onto the
oven feed band. Extraction webs are designed to operate with all
types of dough.
The construction
of the belt gives high longitudinal flexibility for easy negotiation
of knife-edges, whilst the linen weft adds to stability and enhances
edge wear resistance. For arduous applications any style is available
with a woven polyester edge incorporated into the belt offering
superior edge abrasion resistance.
For increased
dimensional stability the belts can be offered with a coating applied
to the driving surface.
There are some
60 styles of extraction belts in the range and with the expertise
and experience of our dedicated personnel we have the capability
of producing bespoke belts to meet specific applications.
Extraction
belts are available up to a maximum length of 21.0m and a maximum
width of 1700mm.
